We completed this new build site which comprised of 94 premium 4 and 5 bedroom houses in under a year. We used traditional tube and fitting scaffold, with system staircases for access. The site was set out in a semi-circle, next to an already completed phase. In addition to this, customers were also moving into the development whilst we were still completing our works. This meant we had to be considerate of the new residents whilst still working on site.
We also faced many restrictions in terms of delivery and access, with only one road being used for all four phases of the site. This resulted in us having to adhere to strict access rules, working with the site managers and other trades to ensure everything ran smoothly.
